I made this when i was in college i have been building go karts since i was about 10, my first one was made of wood since i didnt get a welder till i was about 18 and they have progressed to this it took many hours to build but it works pretty good now. Has a top speed of about 40mph engine is 15hp briggs riding mower, transmission is 4spd manual with hydraulic clutch, hydraulic rear disc brakes, rack and pinion steering and suspension all from an early 90s tercel, frame is mostly 1x1 box tubing with alittle plate and angle mixed in.

I first started building this kart about a year ago but quit working on it about 6 months ago when it wasnt completely finished, i started working on it again bout a month ago and know its finally done, all i want to do now is add a rack to make it easier to steer. It has an 82 Yamaha exciter 250t street bike engine, four wheel independent suspension, disc brakes all around, the frame is made from 1" steel tubing, wheel base front- 56in, rear- 53in, length- 96in, height 47in, clearance front- 8in, rear- 9in, and a top speed of 63mph!!!
