The shattered oak frames been replaced by this......... I'll make more press racks out of the old stuff for next year and try not to cut my thumb off with the saw this time. The booze is bottled and maturing but its drinkable now. Too much like wine but thats slowly fading. Its a crisp light 6% plus natural cider bottled without sulphite.
